What is a warranty?
A warranty is a quality assurance guarantee provided by the manufacturer that covers defects in materials and workmanship. This means that the manufacturer will repair or replace items that show signs of defects stemming from the manufacturing process if the issue falls under their warranty terms.

What is the warranty policy for my item?
All of our items are supported by the manufacturer's warranty. This means that they'll cover the repair or replacement of an item that falls under their warranty policy. The warranty terms, as well as the duration of coverage, is set by each manufacturer which means that each warranty will vary depending on the product.
We recommend checking the manufacturer's website directly for the exact details of your warranty. Please keep in mind that the final decision of the warranty claim is up to the manufacturer as they're the suppliers of the warranty coverage.
Wheels
Wheels will typically have a 1 year finish warranty with a lifetime structural warranty. If your chrome wheel starts to peel 6 months after purchase, you could submit a warranty claim for the manufacturer to review. The manufacturer will review the information and decide if the claim falls under their warranty.
However, something like wheel pitting might not fall under the warranty as some manufacturers see that as an issue that arises due to neglecting routine cleaning of wheels.
Tires
Tire warranties are a bit more complicated but typically cover 1 year or the first 2/32nds of treadwear. There are also mileage and road hazard warranties depending on the brand and model of tire. Tire warranties require information such as tread depth measurements, DOT Numbers, and PSI so that the manufacturer can confirm whether or not the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
Accessories (TPMS, valve stems, lugs, etc)
The majority of our accessories come with a 1 year warranty. If your TPMS has stopped working or you have peeling on your lugs, reach out to us and one of our experts will review your claim.

What information do I need to start a claim?
Wheel Information
- Your name, email address, phone number, invoice number
- Your vehicle year, make, model, & suspensio
- Brand & Model of Wheel
- Type of Warranty (Finish issue or Structural issue)
- Pictures: Defective area and/or Shop Paperwork
Wheel Information - Detailed Breakdown
- Invoice number - You can find this under your Order Details or your order emails.
- Tire Size - This can be found on the sidewall of your tire! The size will be written as a 35x12.50R20 format or 245/45R18 format.
Types of Wheel Warranty
- Wheel warranties will usually fall under two categories: Finish or Structural
- Finish Warranties are issues with the face of the wheel itself. This can be things like flaking or bubbling on a chrome wheel or peeling on a painted wheel.
- Structural Warranties deal with the actual physical construction of the wheel itself. This can be things like cracking along the spokes or completely structural failure.
- Please keep in mind that warranty coverage is for manufacturing defects and will likely not cover finish issues stemming from lack of cleaning or structural issues stemming from incorrect use.
Photos
- We recommend attaching both a picture of the issue itself as well as any paperwork you have from your local shop. You can attach these in the final step of the warranty submission process. Make sure that the faulty section is easy to see and that all paperwork is readable

Tire Information - Detailed Breakdown
- Vehicle VIN - The VIN can be found on the driver's side interior dash, the driver's side door jamb, or on the front of the engine block.
- Wheel Size & Width - If you purchased the wheels through our store, you should be able to find the wheel size and width on your order details (example: 18x9). You can also look at your tire sidewall for the wheel size. The final number in the tire size has an R before it - that is your wheel size! (example: 305/55R20)is a 20 inch wheel. If you don't know the width of your wheel, you can measure or you can look on the backside of your spokes for a size stamped on it like 18x9.
- Mileage On & Mileage Off - These numbers can be estimated. Mileage on is your vehicle mileage when the tires were installed and mileage off is your vehicle mileage when the issue was discovered or the faulty tire was removed.
- Tire Size - This can be found on the sidewall of your tire! The size will be written as a 35x12.50R20 format or 245/45R18 format.
- Tire DOT Number - You can find your DOT Number on the sidewall of your tire as well! Just look for DOT with a mixture of letters and numbers after it. Example: DOT 4B08 4DHR 2910.
- Tread Depth (in 32nds) - You will need a tire tread gauge in order to measure the tread depth accurately. Stick the tread gauge's probe into the center tread until flat and read the result! This measurement is 32nds of a millimeter.
- Picture - DOT Number - The DOT Number can be found on the sidewall of your tire. Be sure to take a picture that is in focus and has the entire DOT Number in view. Here is an example picture of the DOT Number:
- Picture - Tread Depth - You will want to position your tread gauge in the center of the tread for this measurement. Be sure to have the numbers on the gauge visible! Here is an example picture of the Tread Depth:
How do I submit a warranty claim?

I've submitted a claim. Now what?
Sit tight! One of our experts will review your submission, fill out the appropriate form, and submit this claim to the manufacturer directly. If your specific warranty requires more information, our representative will reach out to you through the warranty email chain to request any additional pictures or information needed.
Once submitted, the manufacturer will review all pictures along with the completed form. They may request additional information in order to complete the claim and our team will reach out to you if anything else is needed. The manufacturer will decide if this issue falls under their warranty policy and we'll update you as soon as the claim has been completed.
